The system’s cooling uses a large-area aluminium‐based heat-sink plus silent fan to guarantee thermal stability and low noise during long-term operation.
Automated Production Line

1. Incoming Material Selection & Inspection
Raw materials and key components—including LED chips, heat-sink housings (aluminium alloy or stainless steel), power supplies, and control boards—are selected through rigorous screening. All incoming batches must comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards, and undergo 100% incoming quality control (IQC), ensuring consistency in specifications, performance and lot traceability.
2. Surface Treatment
The outer casing and structural components are precision CNC machined, followed by anodizing, wire drawing, sandblasting, or other surface treatments to enhance corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and heat dissipation. This ensures the product maintains its aesthetics and performance over long-term use.
3. LED Module Placement & Soldering Assembly
In the LED module stage, chips are placed using SMT, then subjected to reflow soldering. Each LED is precisely positioned, solder joints are verified for reliability, and uniform light-spots are ensured. This step is critical to achieving consistent light-output performance.
4. System Integration & Final Assembly
The structural housing, LED module, driver power supply, control board and cooling system (e.g., aluminium-based heat-sink combined with silent fan) are assembled into the final unit. Serial-barcode traceability is applied to each key component and subassembly to enable full tracking of manufacturing records
5. Functional Testing & Quality Verificatio
After assembly, each unit undergoes powered-on testing: light-output verification, thermal rise measurement, burn-in/ageing test, electrical safety inspection (grounding, leakage, insulation) and EMC interference testing. These ensure stable, safe and reliable operation.
6. Packaging, Shipment & Traceability Support
Qualified units proceed to packaging using export-grade protective materials, including custom labelling if required. Each device is affixed with a unique barcode, enabling customers to trace production batch, test data and after-sales support records.
